North Cyprus, January 3, 2025 — A car accident occurred today in North Cyprus when a vehicle lost a tire while traveling at high speed, leading to a crash. The incident took place on a major road in the region, and fortunately, no other vehicles were involved in the accident.
According to reports, the vehicle was traveling at over 140 km/h when the tire blew out, causing the driver to lose control. The car skidded off the road and crashed, but the full extent of the damage is yet to be confirmed. Emergency services were quick to arrive at the scene.
The vehicle was carrying three passengers, including an English engineer who had been working in Cyprus on a long-term project and was on his way back to the United States. The other two passengers were workers who had been part of the same project.
