Defendant Allegedly Used Cranes and Equipments with no Life Insurance for some of his Workers During a now Completed Multimillion Dollar Project in Cyprus.
Xavier Bouchard, 69, a citizen of the Switzerland and United States, and resident of Miami, Florida, and Los Angeles, California, was arrested yesterday in Istanbul while trying to board a plane for his alleged involvement in the death of his worker who had been hospitalized for about 2 months due to a crane collapse on the now completed Multimillion dollar Mall.
